Recently, I discovered a way to regain my former self.
I still remember when I was in my 20s and 30s, and…
had plenty of energy
maintained a slim figure
could eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight
stayed in shape without much exercise
and felt confident and comfortable in form-fitting clothes.
However, somewhere in my early 40s, everything changed.
My metabolism seemed to have slowed down significantly, and my health had also started to deteriorate.
